HL-5000 Leak Detector The HL5000™ locater finds leaks quickly, easily and reliably with the use of modern digital signal processing technology (DSP). Operators can clearly recognize the leak sound, even when outside noise is present. These sounds are not only just perceived audibly, but are graphically displayed using dual segment analysis (DSA) technology.

HL-5000-H2 Leak Detector with H2 Sniffer To find a leak, the pipe to be investigated is filled with tracer gas (welding gas - 5 % hydrogen and 95% nitrogen) through a hydrant or house connection. Hydrogen escapes from the leak and can be located at the surface. Based on its low specific density and molecular structure, hydrogen gas has the particular characteristic of quickly penetrating all materials (concrete, tiles, blacktop, etc.) where it can then be detected using the HL5000-H2. Due to its precise and quick reaction, the HL5000-H2 is ideal to locate even the smallest leaks accurately.

HL-10 Leak Detector The HL-10 is an easy-to-use, compact, hand-held equipment with acoustic and visible values for leak survey and leak pinpointing. Pressing the mute switch will store the current measurement which can be recalled later and compared. Ground and Contact Microphones are available for the HL-10.
